LAURUS The Universal School is not just a campus for Education, but a place that instills values that will build a wholesome personality of a child. As a system, we shall focus on instilling a set of Great Values and Traits in every Laurasian.
LAURUS The Universal School offers the C.B.S.E. Curriculum in Pre-Primary, Primary, Middle School and Secondary School.

The LUS curriculum envisages individualised learning acumen and seeks to explore the potential of students in acquiring substantial acknowledgement and skills through academic rigors. With greater academic orientation and research skills in core academic areas, students would evolve as judicious young adults with a sense of real self-estimate having true values and principles.

It has one-of-a-kind approach to pedagogy and instructional design which nurtures Life-Skills by prescribing Curricular and Co-curricular Activities to help improve self-esteem, empathy towards others and different cultures etc, equally emphasising on Art Education, Health and Physical Education.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The LUS curriculum is an Inquiry and Skill-based curriculum aimed to promote 21st Century Skills – Critical and Creative thinking skills, Effective communication skills, Interpersonal & Collaborative skills, and Information & Media skills.

The 4 C’s of 21st Century Skills which LUS emphasises in its teaching are :

  • Collaboration is about working together to reach a goal and putting talent, expertise, and smarts to work.
  • Critical thinking is looking at problems in a new way and linking learning across subjects and disciplines.
  • Creativity is trying new approaches to get things done, innovation, and invention.

Therefore, for the purpose of fostering core competencies in learners, this curriculum encompasses major learning areas, from scholastic and co scholastic point of view.
